Calculate cost per booked job from reconciled records.
Enter one acquisition cohort and follow it from unique inquiry through payment. The calculator shows the arithmetic at every stage without hiding the formulas or asking for your email.
Enter one reconciled cohort
Use the same date range and acquisition cohort for every value. Deduplicate inquiries and count a paid customer only after payment is verified.
Arithmetic only. These results are not a forecast or profitability guarantee. The contribution figure excludes overhead, taxes, financing, refunds, timing, and work that was not attributed to this cohort. Keep the raw records and stage definitions with the result.
Keep the calculation attached to its definitions.
- Total acquisition cost = media spend + management fees + other acquisition costs
- Cost per booked appointment = total acquisition cost divided by booked appointments
- Cost per paid customer = total acquisition cost divided by verified paid customers
- Contribution shown = collected revenue minus direct job costs minus acquisition cost
Keep one date range, cohort, currency, source rule, qualification rule, and sales-stage definition across the inputs. The contribution figure is incomplete if overhead, refunds, financing, taxes, or unattributed work are material. It should not be labeled net profit.
